After a long anticipated project has consumed the last few months, is live! This project is the result of my Chef’s dream-a lifestyle of farm to table eating. As a farming chef with 130 fruit trees on our hobby farm, I now have the pleasure of bringing an intimate and engaging private dining experience or culinary workshop to our guests. With a health board approved commercial kitchen set in an open concept farmhouse, we can accommodate up to 20 guests for chefs table dining or up to 10 guests for workshops and cooking demonstrations. Surrounded by our orchard and neighboring vineyard, each menu and workshop is tailored to utilize the seasonal bounty of the farm, in addition to the hard work of our dedicated and passionate farming partners. Tailored menus are created to showcase these ingredients with an opportunity to bring wine from your personal cellar, or inspiration from a wine tour with one of the many quality tour operators in the South Okanagan.

The website offers a glimpse into our new space, in addition to a news forum, and the diversity of Backyard Farm Chefs Table offerings. Over the last few months,  friends and talented visionary minds Lionel Trudel and Karen Sommerville (, archer media management) and I have worked closely to develop a website that represents the true nature of our newest project.  I am very proud of the site, and it certainly has exceeded my expectations…………..
